No two projects are the same and so our pricing plans are flexible enough to cover any situation. Rates will be discussed and tailored to your specific requirements and budget. We charge per project or by the hour and we offer a series of discounted monthly retainer packages for Clients who have a regular need for our services.

Our Project Types Per Project / Per Hour For stand-alone projects or a single piece of work. Simply pay for work as and when needed. Time is billed per hour and invoiced on completion. Monthly Retainer Package This package is for clients who regularly need our services. By using a retainer package, we will guarantee you a block of time per month, no matter which type of service you require: Economy package: 10 hours / month = 10% discount off hourly rate Deluxe package: 20 hours / month = 15% discount off hourly rate Platinum package: 30 hours / month = 20% discount off hourly rate

Terms & Conditions

• All prices will be quoted in Canadian dollars only.
• Fees quoted will be for hours actually worked.
• Any additional costs, such as materials, stationery, etc will be priced separately.
• A contract including work and terms of payment will be agreed and signed prior to commencement of each new assignment.
• Monthly retainer Clients must pay half of the fees in advance, and the balance including any additional charges incurred will be billed at the end of the month.
• All invoices are due for payment in full upon receipt.
• Additional expenses for items such as long distance telephone calls, photocopying, faxing, postage and courier costs will be charged to the Client at the end of the month.
